Credit Card/SSL Policy

Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel your reservations for any event that you have signed up for 48 hours prior to the event and receive a full refund. Cancellations received less than 48 yours prior to the event are subject to policies established by the facility where the event will be held. In certain cases, AEESoCal is required to pay cancellation fees for food service, event setup and other third party charges that will be passed on to the registrant. However, in no case will there by charges greater than that actually paid when the reservation was made.
